What: Halloween WOD
When: Saturday, October 28th at 9am Team workout – Teams of 3
Come dressed in your favorite costume, team up with your friends and complete a hauntingly good workout together! Win prizes for the best costumes, and test out your horror movie knowledge in our horror movie trivia contest!
What: Formal Holiday Gala
When: Saturday, November 18, 2017 @ 5PM
Where: Treehouse School of Fitness, 121 Liberty Street, Danvers, MA
The Treehouse will be hosting its 1st annual Holiday Gala on November 18, 2017. We invite you to join us for an evening to celebrate the holiday season and all of you!
We look forward to having you join us for an evening of great food, music, friends and a celebration of an outstanding community. This is a formal wear event – Attire for him: A tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie. Attire for her: A long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress. This is a family friendly event – so bring the kids!
This event will be a potluck event. We will provide several turkeys. Please feel free to bring side dishes, any special dishes you’d like to share, desserts, and any beverages you wish to bring.
In order to order the correct amount of turkeys we will need a head count no later than November 13th. Please RSVP to Tara at email@example.com.

- Strongest Dude & Dudette
- Pound for Pound Champ
- Best Outfits/Team Spirit
- Teams of 3 (Any Combo) will have 9 min to attempt 3 snatches each
- 10 Minute Recess
- Teams will have 9 min to attempt 3 clean & jerks
- 30 min warm up period before Snatches begin
- 3 attempts per person/per lift
- Lifts will happen on the minute
- Sinclair Formula in effect
- Male/Female formula to even the playing field
We had so much fun last year running this event and it’s a great time to show off all your hard work from our 10 week strength cycle!
