Whole Life!  Make sure you are staying on track.  Log your scores daily.  If you have fallen off it is time to jump back in.  Just do your best.  Creating the habit of logging your training and behaviors is what this thing is all about.

Today’s Benchmark workout is a great benchmark test.  The key is to know your previous score and then work on your strategy to beat it.  If you randomly just do work and do not pay attention to strategy one of the best workouts turns into a boring one.  The NSCF all time record is 32 rounds.  Come up with a game plan to chop it down and hit your numbers.  


AMRAP in 20 minutes

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats
