Whole Life Challenge:  At this point you should be settling into a routine.  Make sure you don’t give up easy points.  Make sure you drink enough water, log your stretching point, get to NSCF and grab a workout.  Try to add one point to your diet.  I have been consistently losing 2 points every day.  Today I am going to work hard at only losing 1.  Lofty goal but I think I can do it!  

LumberJack 20– Just a reminder that NSCF is going on a field trip this Saturday to CrossFit Portsmouth this Saturday.  It is a great event that we participate in every year.  Please come up and either participate or cheer on your fellow NSCF’ers.  It will be a great morning with great people!
