Today’s training is going to be a gripathon. Make sure you are using your hook grip with these touch and goes. Be technical. When you get to the met con focus on relaxing your grip and forearms wherever possible. Be consistent and focus on breathing during your deadlifts. Most importantly, make sure you are smiling the whole time!
