This Saturday is our final Bring a Buddy Day for the Team WOD. That doesn’t mean you can’t bring someone in to train with you after this Saturday. If you know someone who wants to try out a class with you, just let a coach know and they are more than welcome to come to the Team WOD. We will have a drawing at the beginning of the class for a winner of Bring a Buddy Month. If you’ve brought someone in over the past 4 weeks, your name will automatically be entered for a prize!

 

Testing:

  • Max Consecutive Pushups

Strength:

  • 3×3 Deadlifts (ascending)

Metcon:

  • :30 on :30 off for 15min
  • 3 Deadlifts
  • Burpees
  • Score is Total Burpees
