Reminder:  Times to complete CrossFit Open workout 14.2 are as follows:

Friday – workout of the day, workout can be performed at any class. Note: there will not be a 6:30 class this week.

Sunday – 11:30am after kids class.

  1. partnered with Max on the rowing, then 3×3 OHS, 205, 225, 225 , then only had time for ten mins of Cindy..
    I wrote a Haiku about today:

    that max he rows fast
    those overheads were heavy
    I did half cindy
