After a long winter and no real spring, the weather has finally broken.  Use this great weather for some mental recover.   Recover is more than just something you need from your training.  We need it in all areas of our life.  Make sure to take some time to slow down and just relax.  Spend time with your families, dogs, cats, neighbors, etc.   Fire up the BBQ’s and create some down time to recharge your batteries.  -Blue Skies

Workout 
EMOM for 12 minutes of:


  • 5 dips

  • 5 box jumps, 24″ box (20″ box)


Both of the exercises performed each minute

  • 5 minutes rest

As many rounds and reps in 12 minutes of:


  • 10 burpees
  • 200 meter row
