Workout 

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:

clean and jerk, 135 lbs (95 lbs)

pullups, C2B if you can
If you can do muscle-ups, please go 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 with muscle-ups.
If you can clean and jerk more than 250 lbs (165 lbs) please use 185 lbs (125 lbs).

This is our 8th annual Fight Gone Bad Event! Heats will kick off at 9:20am. We will be running 2 heats with a 20 minute break in between. 9am General Warm up 9:201st Heat 10am 2nd Heat
