  • Situps (Feet Hooked on Dumbbells)
  • Plank Hold on Dumbbells (this is your rest!)

Workout:

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

  • DB Thruster (Heavy as Possible)
  • Burpee Box Jump Overs (cannot touch box)
  • Toes to Bar
