Friday nights fundraiser workout is going to be a great event.  It kicks off at 6pm.  The gym will be open earlier for warm ups.  After the workout we hope to share some food with a pot luck dinner.  We will put a movie on around 8pm for anyone who wants to hang.

Workout 


As many reps in 20 minutes of:


  • 40 toes-to-bar

  • 40 clean and jerks,135 lbs (85 lbs)

  • 30 toes-to-bar

  • 30 clean and jerks, 185 lbs (135 lbs)
  • 
20 toes-to-bar

  • 20 clean and jerks, 225 lbs (155 lbs)
  • 
10 toes-to-bar
10 clean and jerks, 275 lbs (185 lbs)

If you get to a weight that you can’t do, do the last weight at the new rep scheme.  Continue on for the full 20 minutes.  Your score, is the total number of reps performed at the listed weight.
