Partner Up

3 Rounds 5-10 reps

Strict Toes to Bar (use partner to help if needed)

Ab Heaven:

10min Plank Hold (elbows)

Every Break = 10 (4 count) Flutter Kick

Workout:  20min time cap

Row 1000m

Then 3 Rounds

  • 30 Hand to Hand Swings (single arm switch every swing)
  • 30 Broad Jump
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • Score 1k row and total time separately
