Ab Heaven:

  • 10 Rounds Alternating Tabata
  • Plank
  • Side to Side Situps (with a weight)

Development:

3 Rounds

  • :45sec On :15sec Off
  • Alternating Pistols to Med Ball
  • Pullup or Muscle Up Negatives (jump up)

Workout:

10min Cindy

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats

Rest 3min

  • Then, do the same number of rounds for time
