75 pound Snatch, 30 reps (45 for women)
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps (75)
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps(100)
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible(120)

  1. great noon class today, i had about 30 seconds to catch my breath and attempt 1 rep at 165…. and I got it, with 1 second left…. i yelled very loud, i was pretty fired up, thanks a lot to O’keefe for helping me manage the clock at the end, huge help, great improvement since last year for me.

  2. Been wanting to redo this workout for a while. Last year I got 18 “snatches” into the 135s. Finished today with 11 burpees after the 135 snatches. 33 reps more than last year. I’ll take it!
