Treehouse News – Week of November 28, 2016



Join us in congratulating your fellow Treehouse member in his accomplishments. This week’s Member Shout Out goes to:

Todd Seligman

Todd is a Tribal Leader member at the Treehouse and an amazing friend to all who know him. When he is not working hard at the Treehouse with his new best friend Kacy, he is doing crazy obstacle course races all over the place. He recently completed the FIT Challenge and completed 7 Spartan races. Last year Todd completed 10 spartan races – completing a triple Trifecta- A trifecta is one sprint 3 to 5 mile, One super 8 to 10 miles, One beast 13+ miles. This year Todd completed a double trifecta.

If anyone is interested in competing in an obstacle course race, Todd is your go-to for information, tips and will most likely run it with you!

When you see Todd give him a hi-five for his hard work, dedication and determination!

1st Annual Treehouse Liftoff

When: Friday, Dec 9th 5:30pm – 7Pm

Registration link will be posted on FB Community page and Website – No Fee to register – Click Here for registration

Awards for the following:

  • Team
  • Strongest Dude & Dudette
  • Pound for Pound Champ
  • Best outfits


  • Teams of 3 (Any Combo) will have 9 min to attempt 3 snatches each
  • 10 Minute Recess
  • Teams will have 9 min to attempt 3 clean & jerks
  • 30 min warmup period before Snatches begin
  • 3 attempts per person/per lift
  • Lifts will happen on the minute
  • Sinclair Formula in effect
  • Male/Female formula to even the playing field
