Whole Life Challenge tip of the day! – Let’s talk food.  Journal your food and drink intake for the day.  Pay attention to how you feel before and after you eat.  When journaling you are looking for patterns .  Do you grab a donut at 2pm every day?  After you perfect paleo meal do you feel tired or energized?  How much water did you drink today?  Are your meals zone balanced?  In order to make changes to habits you need to pay attention to what is going on around them.  If you grab that donut every day at 2pm maybe you should plan on having something ready to go at 1:55pm everyday.  If you have a hard time planning and preparing snacks just order them off our site from CustomFit Meals and they will get delivered to the gym.  Whatever it takes to be ready.  After you journal, talk to your coach to come up with some ideas and a game plan.  Without journaling we don’t have any info to analyze.  Everyone at NSCF has a coach to help coach you through this process.  Please utilize them!
