Please log your results.   Even if you do not like to!  Our new sign in system is also able to record your daily results.  The system is phase 1 of an unbelievable new software we are developing that has a couple more phases being added by the end of this year.  For now as long as you input your numbers, which only takes a few seconds, you will see some great outputs in the future.  You can access your workout and PR results on your own as well.  Ask your coach to help if you are having trouble logging in.  You will be happy you did.  I promise!
