When is the last time you booked a Private Session with your Coach? The coaches are your resource here at NSCF to make you better. From coming up with goals, writing an individualized strength program or to work on weaknesses. Your coaches are available to book those Sessions all the time. If you do not have a coach, then Max is your coach if you attend classes in the morning, and Derek is your coach if you attend classes in the afternoon. The way to get better at your training is to occasionally set up Private Sessions. So what are you waiting for?
