  • 10 Hanging Straight Leg Raises
  • 10 V Ups
  • 10 Med Ball Side to Side

Workout:

  • 5 Rounds
  • 25 Wall Balls
  • 2 Laps w/Med Ball

Then 5min Rest

500m Row Time Trial
