Game plan

I can’t believe it is actually the 2nd of January already.  This year is flying already.  What is your game plan for 2014.  To succeed in anything you need one of two things.  #1. Luck.  I personally do not believe in luck.  Luck is an accident or a dodged failure.  It is always only a matter of time before your “luck runs out”. #2 Game Plan!  I do believe in this.  Survival of the fittest and most prepared!

Identify what you want out of 2014.  What are your fitness goals?  What other goals do you want to make come true?  Make sure you are very specific with your goals.  Write them down and set out a strategic progression to make it happen!  If you need help set up some time with your coach to make 2014 your best year yet.

Snow!  It is coming.  Make sure you pay attention to the website for updates on the schedule.
