Core Conditioning

2 Stations/Partner Up

3 Rounds

  • Hanging Knee Raises side to side
  • Alligator Walk on turf with feet on Abmat (on knees to modify)
  • Switch when partner is done with Alligator Walk

AMRAP 15min

  • 10 DB Snatch (alternating each hand)
  • 10 DB Thrusters (Right Arm)
  • 10 DB Snatch (alternating each hand)
  • 10 DB Thrusters (Left Arm)
