Whole Life-  Well after another great weekend it is time to make sure we buckle down and get tight with the Whole Life Challenge.  The first couple of weeks are usually the hardest.  This challenge is about creating better habits.  It is ok if you slip.  Something Barry Sears taught me back in the day about my diet was you are only 1 meal away from getting back in the zone!  That phylosophy can be applied to anything.  Haven’t worked out in a few weeks.  Who cares, go now.  Haven’t logged your whole life score for a few day’s.  Who cares, log now.  I have to go log my score now.  Enjoy the day!
