Weekend recap! We had a great field trip to CrossFit Portsmouth last weekend! It is always good to get out of the gym for some good community mingling with great friends. We will be there again next year! We also had a crew head up to Vermont for the Spartan Beast!

Today’s workload –
Alternating EMOM for 12 minutes of:
- 5-10 strict pullups (weighted or banded if needed)
- 20 situps
As many rounds in 10 minutes of:
- 6 toes to bar
- 9 kettlebell swings
- 12 goblet squats
