Whole Life Weekly Challenge #1 – Conscious Meals

The gym as a whole is participating in the whole life challenge.  Please sign up if you have not.  This is not a diet challenge.  This is a lifestyle challenge.  At the end the goal is to have some better habits that will help you succeed!  There is an app that makes it easy to stay on top of it!

Alternating EMOM for 10 minutes of:

  • 10 two handed kettlebell presses

  • 10 pullups

3 Rounds

  • 400 meter run

  • max set of pull-ups
