Hand care is an interesting subject.  This last weeks Open WOD seemed to have taken out far to many hands.  Ripping your hands is not part of your training.  Over the next few weeks we will be spending some time in class discussing how to prevent hand tears.  

3 – 6 min amraps

  •  10 burpee/15box jump
  • 10 Burpee/15 situps
  • 10 Burpee/15 KB Swing

1 minute rest after each round
