Workout 

21-15-9-6-3 reps for time of:

shoulder to overhead, 95 lbs (65 lbs)

front squat, 95 lbs (65 lbs)

bar facing burpees

If you can do kipping HSPUs, please do them instead of the S-to-O.  And raise the the front squat weight to 135 lbs (95 lbs).
There is a 20 minute time cap.
