We are in Week 3 of the beefed up strength program.  Make sure to talk to your coach about you progress.  A reminder that unless you are only lifting for the Bay State Games you need to be participating in classes.   Everyone signs into the attendance system, warms up with the classes and does the metabolic work in class.  We are a team!
