One of the most important part of training is setting your goals. There is nothing more satisfying for me personally than to set a goal and crush it! At the Treehouse we review client goals every quarter to ensure each of you stays on track in completing your goals and setting new ones. These goals can be something small – making it to the gym at least 3x/week. Or your goal could be more specific – competing at weightlifting meet. No matter what your goal is, your coach is here to guide you and assist you in achieving those goals.

Pool Party at the Picardy’s!
Each and every one of you is important to us. You are all an extension of the Picardy family! To show our appreication, we would like to invite all of you to a Pool Party at our home.
