Whole Life Challenge – We are wrapping up week one of the Whole Life Challenge!  At this point everyone should be in the good groove.  I am taking a poll with this post.  Please respond to comments.  Do week need a weekly meeting time to discuss this challenge?  If you have questions I want to make sure we have a forum to address them.  The comments section of the daily blog is a great way to get fast and informative answers.  Our goal is to keep everyone very involved for the whole challenge. 

Mastery of Skill

Today skill development is double unders.  Proper skill development is the backbone of our program.  Your approach to training should be to identify your weakness’s and work with your coach to develop a game plan to make them your strengths.  

Workout of the Day

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Kb snatch
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 40 OH Lunges
  • 30 double unders
  • 20 KB Snatches
  • 10 Burpees
