OPEN WORKOUT 15.2

Every 3min for as long as Possible

From 0-3min:

  • 2 Rounds of:
  • 10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 10 Chest to Bar Pullups

From 3-6min

  • 2 Rounds of:
  • 12 Overhead Squats
  • 12 Chest to Bar Pullups

From 6-9min:

  • 2 Rounds of:
  • 14 Overhead Squats
  • 14 Chest to Bar Pullups

Complete the Same Pattern for as long

as Possible until you do not complete the 2 Rounds.

Scaled Version:

  • Same Pattern
  • Reps start at 6 of each and increase to 8,10,etc.
  • Scaled weight is (65/45)

After Open Workout:

MOFO: 3×7

  • Front Squats/Push Press
  • 1min Rest after each set
