25 pullups

10 hang power cleans, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
If you can do muscle-ups, please do 7 muscle-ups per round in place of the pullups.

This is our 8th annual Fight Gone Bad Event! Heats will kick off at 9:20am. We will be running 2 heats with a 20 minute break in between. 9am General Warm up 9:201st Heat 10am 2nd Heat
