Tonight at 6pm is our fundraiser workout.  There is no buy in.  Everyone is welcome.  Bring your family and friends.  Donations are welcome.  We are raising money for the Peabody High Track team to go to Nationals.  We are going to be taking on a Painstorm workout.  This workout can be scaled or teamed up to complete.  We are going to have a potluck and eat whatever is brought to share after.  At around 8pm we will start a movie so the party does not end.

5 rounds for time of:

  • 
10 front squats, 95 lbs (65 lbs)
  • 
10 push presses, 95 lbs (65 lbs)
  • 
200 meter run
