    lots of work today
    5×5 ascending Back Squats, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195 (dropped the last rep at 195, re-racked it and finished the set). happy with that despite the drop at the end. sorry for all the loud yelling from the platforms
    jumped in the WOD modified at 36lbs kettle just to get a burn.
    tabata squats turned into tabata pistols (thanks to adam.)
    legs are smoked.
