    Forgot to blog yesterday..5×3 T&G C&J @ 250. Did a quick burner to get the lungs going after. 21-15-9 wb’s and box jumps 30 du’s beginning of each round. 30# ball 30″ box 4:28..today’s power cleans @ 245,255,265 wod 4:05 Rx

    Great 4:30 class. 3×3 power cleans at 185 205 215. Got [email protected] that weren’t exactly with what some might call “good form”. Swapped SDHP with 135 deadlifts. That was a nice fast paced workout . And Tabata squats we’re miserable. Using the elevator for the next couple days.
