Today’s picture is Doug and Michelle Link working on their Olympic Lifting with Coach Ryan.  Practice makes perfect.  Your long term success in any type of training depends on how you view, understand and implement your training.  It takes patience and dicipline to spend some of your valuable and very limited time on systematic practice and perfection.  Patience and steady progress are the cornerstone for any successful program.  The I want it yesterday approach is a recipe for failure and injury.   NSCF’s program is about long term practice and perfection.  It takes years to really make good progress.  The fun is in the process.  Slow down and pay attention to the details, enjoy it.  Take pride in your progress.   The big and the small.  The NSCF family is on a journey to live a long and healthy life, constantly improve our skills and of course well rounded performance.  Survival of the fittest!
