How often do you talk to your coach?  Do you check in weekly?  NSCF is more than a group exercise facility.  Everyone that trains here has a coach.  Take advantage of that.  

3 AMRAP’s in 7 minutes

1 minute rest between 

  • 15 Knees to elbows
  • 20 Squats
  • 15 Pullups
  • 20 Push Press 115/75
  • 15 V ups
  • 20 Box Jumps

    It’s amazing watching everyone grow and learn about their own personnel goals and help them adjust their focus to achieve them.
