    Great wod today with the noon class. A small but energetic group. I love the entire crossfit experience and would not trade it for anything.

    I’ve been struggling lately at the gym, no idea why, because I am eating clean, drinking way less, sleeping well, but there has been about 10 WOD’s in the past 3 weeks I felt like just quitting, and I feel like my OLY has gotten worse too, despite training it 2x a week. todays WOD was a total train wreak for me, I felt like it was the pinnacle of how shitty I have been doing lately, lucky coach Dave took me aside and helped explain some of the reasons I might not be performing the way I think I should be. he helped put things in perspective and I am clear now how to get thru this shitty stretch I am in… good news is I did hit a by 2 OHS @ 215 with a 2 second pause in the hole each rep, so at least I am off suicide watch, I can keep my shoelaces!

    430 was moving today. A lot of energy flowing which got me through the workout. Good work everyone. Love to see that kind of stuff going on in here!
