Strength: MOFO

Partner Up/1min Rest after each exercise

Backsquat 5×7 (Rack)

Press 5×7 (No Rack)

  • Partners will alternate back and forth until all sets and reps are complete (one person squats/one person presses/then switch)
  • 1min Rest after each set
  • Work at 70% of 2 Rep Max for all sets and reps – No Heavier
  • Everyone will be at different weights so help your partner adjust their bars
  • Note the total time it took to complete all sets and reps

AMRAP 10min

  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Box Jumps
