Congratulations to NSCF member Mark Cotreau for completing the Little Rock Marathon last week.  His ranking were in the top of his age group and very high overall.  He was right back in training and feeling great right after the race.

    Marks a beast!! Hands are still in rough shape from 14.2 so couldn’t hang out long on the deads did 2 light sets and called it quits..111 wb with 30# ball and 57 push-ups. No pull-ups for this guy
