We had another great weekend at NSCF!  Sometimes I wonder if everyone that trains at NSCF knows all the different things that go on over the weekend.  It stared on Friday night with the 6:30pm Competitors class.  We had a great briefing,strategy breakdown, practice and then threw down with a WOD.  Saturday was the normal kick ass running club at 8am, a high energy team wod at 9am and of course the KB class at 10am.  Sunday we got down with the 8am rowing class, 9am Killah workout, 10:30am NSCF Kids class and our 2014 Whole Health Challenge Kicked off with body fat testing.  All that goes on even when we are heading out to some competitions.  The next three weekends some of your fellow NSCF peeps will be competing and could use some support!

  1. The 6:30 comp class was awesome. We dove deep into all the pieces of maximizing our score on Fridays wod and their was a noticeable difference in how most of us felt during and after crushing the workout. Can’t wait for next weeks class

  2. No kettle bells in the resort gym down here so dumbells for the week it is. This morning was 2 miles on the bike, 7:30 mile on the treadmill then 5 rounds 20 25lb weighted sit-ups and 10 push-ups. This evening was 10 min AMRAP 35 double unders 10 push press @35lbs followed by 5min max snatch alternating arms at 45lbs. Can’t wait to be back and kick some ass with Ryan cole and everyone else at 2a this Sunday!! Adios amigos!!
