7 Minute KB Jerk Cycle

  • Rest in rack position
  • 10 squat jumps if KB comes below rack position

Then

10 Rounds

  • 15 Burpees
  • 25 yard Sprint at 100%

 

Congrats to Cody Picardy and his 4x800M Team from Peabody High School who won their race yesterday at the MSTCA Coaches Elite Invitational at Reggie Lewis and qualifying to run at the New Balance Nationals in NY.

    I thought this WOD was gonna suck, but I felt great today energy wise, kept a steady pace with no breaks for 12:11 finish. happy with that…. However, my first day with my new jump rope was not as successful, my timing is way off….thanks Rogue, I just paid $55 for about 15 abrasions on my hands and shins.
