Back Squats!

It is that time of year again.  Strength!  Group classes have first dips on platforms.  Anyone camped out on the platforms needs to accommodate lifters onto their platforms.  We will monitor it this week.  The noon, 4:30pm and 5:30pm times will be very busy!  If you are on a strength and oly program plan on lifting outside of those times.   Not everyone will be doing a big strength program.  Please read todays post about our programs.
