 In WOD

The Open week 2 is here!  This is a great workout for us.  If you do not have chest to bar pull-ups don’t get stressed out.  Stay focused and go for 1, then 2, etc.  Last week I witnessed first double unders and then huge PR’s.  The Mad Lab Group is in town this weekend for our executive weekend.  This morning we will have a lot of visitors in from all over the world.  Please make them feel welcome!

Looking at the Open from a minutes/$ perspective the entry fee seems kind of high:-)

Looking to team up with someone Sat 9am hour for 14.2 counting. I won’t be too long!

well, i’ll throw a target on my back for anyone hitting the evening classes. 123 for me, thought I’d do a little better, C2B gets really tough in the second half of round 2.
Andy Hall killed it with 127!!!
advice; I would suggest sprinting thru the OHS if you can, slowing the pace on them just means less time on the pull up bar, I learned that the hard way, its really a C2B work out, I could have done the OHS for days, but C2B was adios, adios……
good luck to everyone later today at NSCF and crossfit new England

100% agree. OHS were all unbroken but I was down to singles on the pull ups at the end.

I am nervous that “Dragon” is going to crush 14.3 and beat everyone by 200 reps and thus make it to the regionals and then the games, and then beat me……..
despite the results of 14.2, I heard that he is a “late bloomer”…. he’s also very smart and the lady’s say he’s quite handsome.

Absolutely stand by my initial comment that this Mad Lab group that Dave talks about literally doesn’t exist.

    Guy is on another planet…
