We are back in action!  

Todays schedule:

  • 12 noon class
  • 5:30pm class
  • 6:30 competition development.  Tonight we will be working on strategy and high rep snatching techniques.

Open WOD 11.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75lbs / 55lbs)
