    cue up the “mama said knock you out” music… Don’t call it a comeback, dragons double unders have been here for years….

    haha, FINALLY started getting my D/U’s back in rhythm with the new rope at the end of the class today. coach cogan and coach dave have helped me thru a painful week of double under re-learning. thanks guys…..totally dogged the WOD, but also achieved one of my 2014 goals today, nailed 7 consecutive muscle ups, (previous PR 4). no idea where that came from.
