    Yesterday: Made up deadlifts from earlier in the week. PR! 🙂 Just as with my back squats, getting closer to the 300 club.

    Today: 30 Min steady state row, 3×15 GHD sit ups, and some skill chasers. Great session with Ms. Debi Elbows. More mobility tonight. 2K Comp at Crossfit Boston tomorrow, followed by East Coast Champ spectating on Sunday. Woot!
