CrossFit Open WOD 14.1

Today’s classes are going to run in heats.  One person will count and one person will have fun with the workout.  We are very familiar with this one.  Check your journals to see what your score was the last time you took this workout on.  Tonights 6:30pm throw down will be high energy and the atmosphere you will need to put up your best score.  We are also going to run the last chance workout on Sunday at 11:30.  On Sunday you will need to bring your counter with you.  Anyone that is hoping to make it individually into the regionals will need to have a video person lined up to help them record their workout.  I will assess how this week goes to finalize how we take on the Open for the remainder of the five weeks.

The last couple weeks we have been training our grip and learning to adjust our hands so there is no more ripping.  Last night I mounted a few new chalk buckets and FILLED them with some white gold!  Enjoy the Open!

 

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
55-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

MASTERS MEN – includes Masters Men 55+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
65-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

MASTERS WOMEN – includes Masters Women 55+
30 double-unders
45-lb. power snatches, 15 reps
