    6AMers are beasts! No single jump squats were had during KBs!!!!

    rough day today after yesterdays WOD, still feeling sick but decided to join in on the fun. went with 245 on the deads, and barely managed to stay on the minute all the way thru, but got it done.
    my traps are fried from yesterdays cleans, legs were fine, but now that I piled on another 108 air squats on top of the 300 yesterday + these burpee’s, tomorrow I’m gonna be walking around like forest gump when he had the leg braces.
