    Friday the 13th! Boom! Had an awesome time with the 5am this morning and then a great private with Leah Boody. She is coming along nicely and is extremely close to getting her first kipping pull up. Got to work out with the 9am today!
    41 and 25 on the overheads. I am very happy with these numbers, been working a lot on squat therapy and the gains are very noticeable.
    17rds + 7reps on the wod, I wanted more but toes to bar got tough. My abs were instantly sore after the workout.
    Its been a great day so far and I still have one private to go see you all tonight!

    50+17 on the OHS. First set was max effort for sure.
    Didn’t keep track of rounds on the WOD, just a steady pace. Great week in gym.
    New website? new bathrooms? Are rates going up Dave?
