The NSCF Kids Program is designed to develop a broad array of athletic skills, aiding in injury prevention, sports performance, and life-long enjoyment of physical activity.
The program is designed for boys and girls ages 6-12. These years are critical in developing movement, training, and exercise habits that will last for the rest of their life.
Benefits of youth athletic training
There are several benefits to our youth when they participate in athletic training. When a young athlete takes part in an athletic training program the biggest impact is on the nervous system. You will not see many young kids walking around looking like a little He-Man but they still have the capability to get stronger due to a more functional nervous system. Other benefits for youth athletes performing athletic training are:
