Coach Carla’s Easy Overnight No-Cook Oatmeal

Are you bored with breakfast, or worse, do you skip it? Here is a simple recipe I’ve adapted to my taste that is prepared the night before and ready to eat in the morning. Simply add the ingredients, give a stir and store in the refrigerator overnight. You can use any container really, but I create an assembly line with small mason jars. You might as well make a bunch at once, then you have a fast breakfast or on-the-go snack for several days. Feel free to be creative and add whatever nuts, dried or fresh fruits and flavors that you like.

Here’s what I put in each jar:

1/3 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla

1/3 cup almond milk

¼ cup oats

1 tsp. chia seeds

2 Tbsp. dried blueberries

1 Tbsp. shredded coconut, unsweetened

1 Tbsp. maple syrup

1 Tsp. almond butter
